Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Obworx LLC ("OBWorx," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile applications, websites (including obworx.com) and related services (the "Services"). Individual apps may include an in-app notice describing app-specific practices; where they differ, the app notice controls for that app.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: such as your email address and message contents when you contact support, and any content you choose to enter in an app.
- Automatically collected information: limited technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs and diagnostics, and basic usage data, used to keep the Services working.
- Purchases: in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card details; we may receive confirmation of a purchase.
We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, health or financial data unless an app clearly asks for permission for a specific feature, and you can decline or revoke it in your device settings.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services
- To respond to support requests
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- To process and verify purchases
- To comply with law and protect our rights and users' safety
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising unless an app clearly discloses otherwise and asks for any required permission (such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt).
3. Third-party services
We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and app store platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play) that process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Any such providers used by a specific app will be listed in that app's store listing and data disclosures.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers as described above, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including deletion of any account you create in our apps, by emailing obrok71@gmail.com. Where an app offers accounts, it will also provide an in-app way to request account deletion. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International users
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed there.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on our website.
